Queen Anne Residence

Located in downtown Sacramento’s Poverty Ridge neighborhood, this Queen Anne, shingle-style home was constructed in 1899. When the Grand Lady Victorian was purchased in 2017 by a young family, they envisioned a sanctuary where they could grow, thrive, and create lasting memories. To help them reach their vision, Page & Turnbull and a dedicated team of consultants, embarked on a 2-year extensive rehabilitation of the historic property. The results speak for themselves. The residence is listed on the Sacramento Register of Historic Resources.
