Susan A. Nelson Performing Arts Center
The Mudd Auditorium was designed in 1971 by Flewelling and Moody. The design for the renovated auditorium provided additional balcony seating for approximately 100 guests, for a total theater capacity of 400. The renovated auditorium now accommodates a full range of performances: orchestra, musical theater, drama, and dance. Additional spaces inside the Performing Arts Center also include an art gallery dedicated to student work in the lobby, choral and instrumental rehearsal rooms, individual practice rooms, dressing rooms, and offices for the fine arts faculty, all highlighting the arts and humanities curriculum at the school.
